Hughes 360 Services is a civil sitework, utilities, and drainage contractor out of Mobile, Alabama. We’re opening a permanent office in Jackson, Mississippi. We’re starting with creek clearing projects we’ve been awarded there, and we plan to add more utility and site work as the office grows. We need people who show up, work hard, and want to grow with the company.

Equipment Operators (Excavator, Dozer, Mulcher, Skid Steer): Jackson, MS

Pay & Growth

• Starting at $22/hr, based on experience

• Weekly pay and steady overtime

• A real path to lead operator and foreman as the Jackson office grows

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years running excavators, dozers, forestry mulchers, or skid steers, ideally on clearing, drainage, utility, or site work

• Reliable transportation

• Willing to work outdoors and near water

• CDL a plus

Laborers and Chainsaw/Brush Clearing Crew: Jackson, MS

Our Jackson crews are starting on creek clearing, with more utility and site work planned. We need hard workers for the clearing crew. There’s room to move up onto equipment.

Pay & Growth

• Starting at $18/hr, with raises based on performance

• Weekly pay and steady overtime

• Chaps, gloves, and eye and ear protection provided

• Equipment training toward an operator position

What We’re Looking For

• Able to do heavy outdoor work in all seasons

• Reliable transportation

• Chainsaw experience a plus

• OSHA 10 a plus
